Maximum 12

it's not possible. the best you can do is two aggregates like this:
filer> df -hA
Aggregate total used avail capacity
agr0 5975GB 5792GB 183GB 97%
agr0/.snapshot 0TB 0TB 0TB ---%
agr1 2151GB 1524GB 627GB 71%
agr1/.snapshot 0TB 0TB 0TB ---%
and two spares.
