Hey you guys should give netapp a break here. When I started at Arzoon they
had already bought 4 netapp filers with a disk shelf each. They paid $626000
total for them. I mean how can you expect Netapp to be handing out shirts,
it would kill their profit margin :-)
On a side note, anybody buying netapps at auctions? I just saw an F740, 2
disk shelves with 18gb disks and 1 shelf with 36gb disks go for $25000. The
guy said something about Netapp was going to charge $50000 to transfer the
software license.

Well, it's definitely time to whine at our Netapp guys. We
(Concentric) were one of the very first Netapp customers, we've
dumped some millions of capital expenditure into NetApp over
the years, and I've gotten a total of 1 sweatshirt, one polo,
and a pen :) And the sweatshirt was from an unrelated survey
promo (nothing to do with us being a customer), and the polo
came from one of OUR marketing guys who got it from a promotion.
On the flip side, it's a really nice pen -- with the built-in
stylus, I use it every day :)
Maybe someone should make 'I run a data center on network appliance
gear and all I got was this lousy t-shirt' product for this group :)
