Back in my days as a customer I attended a CIFS conference at Netapp headquarters. After the conference I was offered a beautiful black leather jacket for participating. ARRRGH!! It was something my company would not allow me to accept (government contracts and the like). Now that I work at Netapp I get the occasional shirt, some of them I'd even wear in public. But I often wonder what happened to that jacket I had to turn down.... Maybe it's the one that Jeff is wearing. :-)

Maybe it would be a good idea to inlcude some kind of merchandise cost in
the support contract that is renewed for the hardware. Adding another $10
on would not be noticed at all...
I love wearing my T-Shirt to meetings with EMC :p The EMC sales guys don't
look very impressed when they see it !
