I have enough free space, but when I built my aggregate I didn't have the raid size set properly, so now I have one plex with only 4 disks. Not a good thing when using DP. Is there a way I can blow this away and add those disks to other raid groups with out loosing all my data?

No, you can’t. The only way if you have enough space to migrate data to another (smaller) aggregate, destroy original one and extend new aggregate.

You cannot remove disks from an aggr without destroying the aggr. Period. What you can do, however, is expand the rgsize and then add more disks to the rg that currently consists out of those 4 disks.
Offcourse, you would need enough spares to pull this off, but by using the options "-g <rg>" from the aggr add command, you can add disks to grow a specific raidgroup, instead of just the last one in the aggr.
