<div>You cannot remove disks from an aggr without destroying the aggr. Period. What you can do, however, is expand the rgsize and then add more disks to the rg that currently consists out of those 4 disks.</div>

<div>Offcourse, you would need enough spares to pull this off, but by using the options &quot;-g &lt;rg&gt;&quot; from the aggr add command, you can add disks to grow a specific raidgroup, instead of just the last one in the aggr.</div>
