Do "cifs sessions *" from the filer console. If you have a lot of sessions you will probably want to do that via "rsh" and capture the output to a file. There may also be some third-party apps that give this information better than server manager. Or you can roll your own using MS scripting tools.

How can I search and find out which user has a specific file open? I'm only running CIFS on an all NT network. I can use the "server" app in Control Panel, but it doesn't let me sort or search. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
