inconsistent disk-list-info

when using the disk-list-info API command, we sometimes get inconsistent info - some disks missing from the list. Seems to happen more on systems with more disks. (e.g. happens semi-regularly on a system running 8.0.2 7-Mode with 60 odd disks; doesn't happen on systems with less disks.) upgrade to 8.0.2

We are currently running 7.2.6.1P9 on our 3160, and I want to upgrade to 7.3.3 or later. Any reason not to go all the way to 8.0.2? My hardware is all supported (finally got rid of those old disk shelves). And if we're upgrading, do you usually upgrade disk and shelf FW as well? Is this a requirement? I seem to be one version behind on most of my FW right now. Hi, I'm trying to setup a FC attached tape drive to the onboard FC ports (0c and 0d) of a FAS3210 >From my understanding I need to change the FC port to an Initiator, however this requires a reboot. FILER1> fcadmin config -t initiator 0d Thu Sep 1 11:54:21 GMT [fci.config.state:info]: Fibre channel target adapter 0d is in the PENDING (initiator) state.
