Although of course they'll revert if you upgrade ONTAP in the standard way, and you'll need to repeat the process. If it's just one zoneinfo file you're interested in, put it in under a non-standard name (that with luck won't get overwritten on an upgrade) and use that name in your "timezone" command. Ha! Yes, rc_toggle_basic, *that* was what I couldn't remember. Honestly, I'd considered the booting off the floppy option but it's entirely possible those floppies are long gone for this box. Doesn't netapp use Veritas DMP for its multipathing? Is this environment using EMC Powerpath for multipathing?
