4.3R4 and statd - toasters

      We have just installed 4.3R4 in a 520 with storage shelves 2 and statd 
has begun complaining about the shelves. Shelfchk has also stopped 
working so we are forced to conclude that the connection between the 
filer and the shelves has stopped working. Any comments or suggestions?
