Can you share the reports? I'm particularly curious about the performance compared to NFS.

Did you use the HP iSCSI initiator? Is there more than 1 available?

Do you mean to say that iSCSI initiator on HP-UX and the target is the filer? Yes, I have worked with that before and did some performance measurements. It was quite good, but unfortunately I don't have any of those reports with me.

I haven't had experience with Oracle though.

Has anyone tried iSCSI with filers on HP-UX? We are running HP-UX 11i and I noticed that HP does have drivers for iSCSI. Just wondering how robust it is.

Anyone actually running Oracle with it?
