For Data ONTAP 6.0 and above, you'll need SecureAdmin 2.1.1.

In our case, not if the 'Subscription not purchased' (in bright red letters) is to be believed. We were shipped 1.0 with a recent filer purchase, so maybe our salesguys can help us there.
BTW somewhere in 1.0 there's an error message with a great typo for Microsoft: "Microsot" :)
