I had a few failed disks hanging around that I needed to get RMA's for. So I decided to experiment and use the online RMA feautre on the NOW page:

Within 5 minutes of submitting 2 RMA's I had an email with the RMA number in my box.

I'd call the experiment a great success! :-)
