While evaluating a virus scanning solution for our FAS270 I noticed that there also is one from Sophos, apparently since November 2004.

The latest mails about virus scanning on the list were also in November 2004 and did not mention Sophos, so I guess there cannot be many of you using it. But if someone is, are you willing to share yourexperience?

One interesting aspect about it (for a small shop like us), is that it does not need to run on a Windows Server, but is happy with XP, at least according to this page:

Anybody able to confirm that? Others (Trend, McAfee etc.) require a Windows Server (2000 or 2003) "underneath".
