Reading info about case sensitivity and how the filer handles such via CIFS & NFS clients, Netapp says that CIFS is case insensitive (but case preserving) and that NFS is case sensitive.

Can one make NFS shared files NOT be case sensitive?

I'm assuming this is just how NFS works, but wondered if there was some option that could be set that would allow NFS to ignore case on the filer.

Any ideas on this would be appreciated.
