I am curious if it is possible for NDMP backups of ONTAP 6.x filers to Veritas NetBackup Datacenter 3.4.x can store the snapshot (and any differing files from current) heirarchy on the tape and image index as well.
I've been doing backups for about two weeks now and when I browse the restore client I don't see snapshot anywhere, so I assume I'm not getting that information right now.

Hi Jim,
During NDMP backup, the filer will take a snapshot and dump everything from this snapshot to the tape drive. Therefore, you will not see a snapshot directory when you browse the restore client. Cheers, Alfred Lim
