Here is a summary of the problem.

I am having a problem getting my Netapp F740 to recognize the robot on the attached Overland LibraryPro model #AIT-LP2H119RB. This has a high voltage differential scsi.

# rsh filer2 sysconfig -m No medium changers present on system.

My Netapp will not boot when attached to the master Overland unit( it hangs trying to find the boot image). If the Netapp is attached to a slave unit then it will boot and see the tape drive but will not see the robot.

I have tried changing the library scsi id and drive scsi id's with no luck. I have also tried configuring a different Overland unit as the master but that didn't work either.

Any ideas?
