vsc 4.0 vm inaccessible - toasters

      hello everybody
there is a vsc 4.0 in a vsphere 4.0
vms are on 'others" folder and have operation status 'inaccessible", so cannot be align
attached is a  scrrenshot of the console
vsc log reports the following
