Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mx01.netapp.com. I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the
following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.
autosupport@netapp.com: Sorry, I couldn't find any host named 10.10.20.91. (#5.1.2)

the thing i found odd was that i didn't just get my filers autosupport bounces, but instead received bounces originating not from my hosts. i am a bit concerned where my bounces may have ended up. i received autosupport bounces originating in these companies:
yahoo.com t-t.com hal.com mot.com lucent.com
as well as non autosupport mail from/to various folks of which i am not.
what happened there? new filer model/release not quite ready for primetime? monkeys mashing bananas into the disk shelves?

Evidence would suggest that there was Some Sort of Problem(TM) with mx01.netapp.com, that a backup was taken, and that the queue was restored, and qmail restarted without having properly renamed the queue files.
Obligatory rant about understanding the software you run witheld.
