Does anyone know if a C-mode filer does a gratuitous ARP when it fails a port over?
Got a VM issue I'm trying to resolve.

Yes. We pretty much have to since all LIFs on a port use the same MAC address.
Technically, we don't fail ports over - we fail over the logical interfaces that use them.
