In addition to the suggestion to make sure
ndmpd is on on the filer ("ndmpd on" will do it)
try the transfer using paths that look like this:
jndmpcopy gvl-netapp1:/vol/vol1/~snapshot/SnapSQL/gvl-triv-sql01/DATA/LOG
gvl-netapp1:/vol/vol1/gvl-triv-sql01/TEST
Note: All I did was remove the "c:" from the path.
