Sadly, most customers do not share this sense of wonder, perhaps precisely because it is an "appliance" that is supposed to "just work" like your toaster or your telephone. Not that we haven't had our problems with filers, but for the most part, Netapp maintenance is effortless, amazing considering the amount of stuff that has to happen in behind the scenes.
