Hi All,
Found that $subj is actually available (just by probing URLs), but NetApp didn't publish references to that anywhere. Is it "production ready"? What do you think guys?
Cheers,
Hi,
I have just downloaded it a few minutes ago and am setting up a new filer with it; since it's just a patch release it should be good to go.

I also deployed it on 6 nodes cluster some days ago, it runs fine, but I started wondering if it was a wise decision .. =)

NetApp now officially recommends latest patch release (there is KB that explains it but I'm lazy to search). Right now it offers 8.3P1 when you downloading 8.3; I do not know when 8.3P2 was published but I assume it takes some time to update reference. I suppose there are some metrics before patch is promoted to "recommended".

When you look at the bugs P2 fixes which are active in P1, you definitely want to use P2 :)

I usually hunt down all the P releases, looking for the oldest one that looks to have fixed issues most relevant to my customer's environment.
