Not two hours later I received an overseas FedEx package containing a NetApp sweater. Now that's service!

Try taking a Rational class. Three classes at $500/day (roughly) and you get a monitor mirror, coffee cup, and a t-shirt.
I've collected some rather nice 'parting gifts' from NetApp Education, I might add. They must have done some trimming recently.
