Does anyone allow disk scrubbing to happen while backups are being performed? If so, have you had any problems with the performace of the filer or corruption/missing data on the tapes? Thanks.

it's not considered to be ideal, and we don't do it now, but we have in the past.
as this happened over the weekend's level 0s, we had no complaints from the users, and no issues with the integrity of the backups.
YMMV.
