I think that means the SNMP counters are cactus (more accurately, they've gotten into a state that doesn't give information) I've seen this a couple of times running 6.5.2r1 and the only solution was to reboot the filer.
It's also possible for something similar to happen with DFM only, but I think they fixed that in DFm 3.x

We're running a FAS 960 with DOT 6.xx (that last current version of 6). Have noticed that the CPU usage stats are not being displayed in DFM also the CPU usage stats are not showing up in Filer at a glance.
Looks like we stopped getting stats about two weeks ago. CIFS, NFS and network use stats are still coming in properly.
The DFM client software seems to have current CPU usage stats though.
Anyone have an idea about how to get CPU usage to show up again?

Try restarting SNMP.
