I have heard of problems with Dell sales & support as well. For instance, one customer who specifically said they wanted to use a Dell system to support their Microsoft SQL database wound up going with SAN and another vendor because they were not informed of Microsoft allowing NAS support for their SQL database on Netapp filers specifically.
