Has anyone ever had a problem with manual autosupports? (filer> option autosupport.doit subject)

If I do a manual autosupport from the box it hangs up and does not respond (NT Shares, Telnet, RSH) for about 5 to 10 minutes the only connection that works id the Serial / Console port then the filer comes back on the network by itself.

Anyone seen anything like that before?

I have an F840 running OnTAP 6.0.1r3 with only CIFS installed.
