I've looked through the docs, and I can't find how to create a volume so that it will be offline when created.

I'm needing this to move some data from one set of disks on a filer to another using vol copy (where the target needs to be offline). And since this particular filer currently contains some database files and our common executable repository, I'm loathe to reboot it just to take a volume offline.

Any ideas?
