Is anybody using ssh on their filers? I've checked with netapp tech support and they aren't supporting it yet. This doesn't mean other people haven't tried it. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Actually, they have a product that allows you to ssh into the filers called SecureAdmin. It appeared to work well during the small amount of time I noodled around with it in a previous life. I don't know if/when Netapp will integrate ssh access into the main OnTap release, though.
Hope this helps.

SecureAdmin is the way; I really don't like accessing devices via telnet or plain http. Now I have both ssh and https.
p.
i'm a little confused about this. doesn't the secureadmin option give you ssh and ssl?
