I apologize for getting a little bit off topic... (I doubt many of you are terribly interested in pre-sales issues)
Since so many NetApp personnel monitor this discussion list, could someone respond with who would be the best POC for me to call with a laundry list of specific detailed technical questions regarding ATM card drivers and support that is holding up a purchase request for a new filer. Pre-sales SE's are unavailable at this time, and I'd like to close this up today, if possible. TIA. Joe
