Apologies for that. The first attempt resulted in a bounce with "internal addresses only" or something, so I tried again using a different email address. Imagine my surprise, etc. etc.

I expect it was a "Subject: BOUNCE dl-toasters: for internal users only" message from "owner-dl-toasters@netapp.com". I got one for my message to toasters last night.
It would seem that this must be a re-distribution point for toasters within NetApp which has been incorrectly blocked as internal-only. Although why the bounce message goes to the original sender rather than to owner-toasters@mathworks.com as it should, ${DEITY?} only knows.
NetApp make a nice filer, but I wouldn't buy an e-mail system from them!

I think NetApp is having mail problems. My post a day or so ago came back with:
# Subject: BOUNCE dl-toasters: for internal users only
I think this is NetApp's internal exploder for the toasters list.
I just sent email to NetApp on a tech support case, and that got returned, too.
Until next time...

I just got one too.
One wonders why they break things that used to work fine, or why they don't test their new fixes before implementing them. Questionable IT and Support quality reflect poorly on Netapp and leads one to eventually question Engineering quality.
