That's strange. I tried one of those and it didn't work. It's a black rj45->db9 connector labeled TERMINAL and it's the one I was using to attach to the serial port of a laptop to console into the cisco. I know the console port on the netapp works fine though because I can get into that with a serial cable and a laptop.

They are pinned out the same as the adapters that came with the 2511 (labeled Terminal, I think). I have some at home, don't have one here, I can e-mail you later if you still didn't find it.
console cable for the netapp is cross serial cable (null modem) lots of other serial cable are not cross (ie normal or straight cable) you could use a changer to make your straight cable turn in a cross one
