You'll find how busy your individual disks are that way, plus a BUNCH of other things, but that's probably the most important.
We have just added a new tool to the "Tools and Utilities" download area on the NOW site, for exactly this purpose. It is called the "Per-Volume Performance Stats Tool", written in Perl. You can either use it through a web interface (you install it behind a Windows or UNIX web server and talk to it through your browser) or use a CLI version that is also included.
