migrating from nfs to cifs - toasters

      hi,
we are migrating from our sun servers to filers by doing an nfs cp -p. 
our user environment is primarily nt wkstations and we want to
eventually convert to cifs access and to an ntfs security model.  does
anyone have any suggestions on how to automatically create the
appropriate acls for both home and shared directories[including group
aces]?
