Dear All,

I want to upgrade from 6.4.2 to 6.5.1R1, i have Oracle 9i Rac on solaris 8. I also, have Oracle financial and Ms Exchange . Do i really need to upgrade ?? will the upgrade improve my backup?? it is worthy to do a down time for this release and what is the difference between the new release and my current release (other than the security fixes)
