I'm getting a set of PAM II cards for my 3070 and have started doing some of the installation research. The system configuration guide recommends they be installed in specific slots but I can't tell what they mean. Is there a doc that has the slots diagrammed in it?

Hi Jeremy Some models have the slots numbered on the back, but I can't remember if that includes FAS3070 (and I'm 19 miles from mine right now ;-). For FAS3070 looking from the rear, it's: +---------+---------+----+----+ | 1 | 3 | | | +---------+---------+ PS | PS | | 2 | 4 | | | +---------+---------+----+----+
It's in the "Installation & Setup Instructions for NetApp FAS3000 Series Storage Appliances (Part No. 210-00640+H0)" in the diagram for "Cabling for a Single Unit" http://now.netapp.com/NOW/knowledge/docs/hardware/filer/210-00640+H0.pdf
