Humm.. I'm still kinda new to netapps. Just had to get replacement SIMMS since we had faulty ones on one of our F330's. I like how they send 2 boxes, each with 2 sticks of SIMMS in them. The boxes are 8"x14"x2" or so. A little overkill, but they're not the only ones guilty of that.
My question is - when I have had problems with SUN equipment, they send a packet that has tons of info for returning the defective product including a UPS shipping sticker packed with a replacement part. With these 2 boxes of SIMMS, there was absolutely no paperwork - just an RMA tag on each box. So, now I gotta call them up and hassle with them to figure out how to return this stuff??
