Does anyone use the following combination of services

Oracle Group on Veritas running on Solaris mounted to Network Appliance?

Have you ever had the problem were by the following happens?

TAG_D 2002/12/10 06:12:35 (snape) VCS:13067:Agent is calling clean for resource(ora_dat1_weborig) because the resource became OFFLINE unexpectedly, on its own.

This problem happens at least once a week.

We are running multiple versions of Solaris, Oracle and Data onTap.
