The full documentation is available on the NOW site (I hope you're familiar with this - http://now.netapp.com) in either html format or downloadable (& zipped or tarred ;-) pdf form.

AFAIK we do not automatically ship any documentation out.

Go to the NOW service & Support Home page -> Access product Documentation & work down from there (Data ONTAP, Disk Shelves, Filers, NetCache, etc, etc)
