There is probably a way to do it via PC-NFS, but you can also use a free NT tool from NetApp called SecureShare Access. It's a dll that is used by things like Windows Explorer. It's a tab like the security tab for windows. Give it a try if you like.

It's near the bottom. Don't confuse it with the Account Migrator, you want the SecureShare Access.
