Does anyone know of a third party package that will provide disk space quota management beyond the top level directory on a filer in a CIFS environment?

New subject: Microsoft Shadow Copy
Is the Shadow Copy facility in MS .Net server that "... takes point in time snapshots of volumes and .......allows administrators to recover previous versions of files..." technology from NetApp? Or is Microsoft creating their own competing technology?
