Did you check that your user is part of the Backup Operators group on the filer or the domain Admins. group is member of local filer's Admins. group?

I have just installed the eval copy of CarrierScan on one of my win2000 servers, it installs successfully but fails to register with the Filer. Has anyone running CarrierScan encountered a problem like this?
