The intent of the metrics is to show current FCS and GA releases for the purpose of making informed upgrade decisions. We decided not to show old releases because we felt they were largely irrelevant in the decision to upgrade. The 6.0x and above metrics that you're seeing are based on the platform you are selecting for upgrade. If you select F500 series platform for example, you'll see the release metrics for 5.3.7. If you go to the "Bugs Online" page, you can see all metrics for all FCS and GA releases on one page, regardless of platform using the "Release Metrics" tool.
