We're completely baffled.

Directly connected to a Cisco C6506. For the past 15 days we've been suffering from dropped (and resumed after some random time) NSF connections. What has been occurring is that the file stops responding (e.g. to pings). Connecting to the console and pinging anything restarts connections.
We have another identical machine that is NOT having any problems. We have swapped NIC, Fiber cable, GBICs on the Cisco, switched ports on the Cisco, and even swapped our spare head in.
Any one have any ideas?
