The qtree holds LUN's and I want to snapmirror the ntfs consistant snapshot (=snapdrive snapshot) of the LUN.

Why can't you just snapmirror the qtree? It creates a snapshot when it starts so you get all the data unchanged.
SNAPMIRROR.CONF ----------------------------------------------------------------- svr1:/vol/vol0/home1 svr2:/vol/vol1/home1 - 0 0,6,12,18 * *
This copies home1 from svr1 on vol0 to home1 on svr2 on vol1. It will keep it mirrored every 6 hours.
