Definitely follow this up with a look at NOW, but here are the basic steps as I have done it in the past.

1. Boot to the 1-5 menu (use floppies or the floppy-boot? variable). 2. Select option 4. 3 After you are finished, get to a filer prompt and re-install the system files for the ONTAP version you wish to have on the new filer. 4. type download to download the boot image onto the disks. 5. reboot
