I just created a lun via lun setup on our 6070 running 7.2.2. I mentioned a lun type called windows_gpt, does anybody know what this type is used for? Is it a new feature in 7.2 ?

AFAIK, that's windows GPT disks, used in windows dynamic disk environments.
