My name is Tom Appiah, 41 years Liberian Married with Five Children. I worked as an Administration Secretary to the late Minister of Commerce and trade under the regime of President Charles Taylor who is presently in Nigeria on asylum.

While I was going through some of his confidential Documents, I saw a deposit Form proving that he Deposited a consignment in a Security Company in the Ghana where I was taking refuge.I then kept on opening other letters in the bag to Know if I could know exactly the content of the Deposited consignment.

As luck will have it I ran into a big envelope containing details of the deposit made in the Security Company and the content of the consignment. From the Personal letter I saw, he stated that he told the Security Company that the consignment that he Deposited contained Family Treasure.

But the true Content of the consignment was Thirty One Million United States Dollars, ($31,000,000.00).He also told the management of the Security Company That the Consignment belonged to his foreign partner.As luck will still have it, the very name of this his Very foreign partner was not stated, this makes easy For any person to come forward as his Foreign Partner.

I have gone to trace this very Security Company in Ghana with their address, and I have found it. The Problem I have now is that I can not claim that Consignment because I am not a foreigner, my boss Stated that the consignment belong to his Foreign Partner.
