I appreciate the repost. I'm pretty much used to getting called "Melvin" as a first name instead of Grant [ its better than some of the other names people call me ;-D ].
Apologies, but why is it that everyone at NetApp uses an MUA that generates headers like From: "Melvin, Grant" Grant.Melvin@netapp.com
A bunch of us (especially manager types) use OutLook here and that's what it produces (at least the way its setup here). I agree it certainly adds to the confusion.
