Back in my days as a customer I attended a CIFS conference at Netapp headquarters. After the conference I was offered a beautiful black leather jacket for participating. ARRRGH!! It was something my company would not allow me to accept (government contracts and the like). Now that I work at Netapp I get the occasional shirt, some of them I'd even wear in public. But I often wonder what happened to that jacket I had to turn down.... Maybe it's the one that Jeff is wearing. :-)

I got the T-Shirt, but it is falling to bits after a year of frequent use... Maybe it would be a good idea to inlcude some kind of merchandise cost in the support contract that is renewed for the hardware. Adding another $10 on would not be noticed at all...
I love wearing my T-Shirt to meetings with EMC :p The EMC sales guys don't look very impressed when they see it !

They haven't given out jackets in years. The last I heard, it's still a bag or a shirt.

Hmmmmmm... I was promised a Netapp leather bomber jacket a couple of months ago, and I believe Tom Mendoza was in earshot too (I rode with him and a couple other Netapp/Rebel.com folks back to the hotel). Still haven't seen it yet, *ahem*. :) That'll be a nice one to add to my Netapp swag collection (three T-shirts, a long-sleeved collared shirt, a bunch of pens, a couple of Swiss Army tools, a sweatshirt, and a baseball cap). :)
